As a real estate professional and licensed Realtor I can definitely say Hoz and Jon are very professional and experienced in the lending industry. They helped me do a cash out refinance on some investment properties, and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. They had the right appraised value in mind before the actual appraisal was performed, although it was hard to get an estimate since there are not that many comparable properties in my area.
